Right of Withdrawal:
As a valued online buyer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
Return Conditions:
1. Deadline:
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the replacement of the item within 14 days from the order reception.

indicating as specific reason and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will replace it. After 14 days from receipt of the goods, we will no longer be able to process your refund/replacement request for damaged items.
The refund usually takes place in 3/5 working days. If you have not received your refund after this time please contact us via e-mail
2. Presentation of Receipt/Invoice:
A valid receipt/invoice must be presented for all returns.
3. Intact Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all manuals, bags, accessories, and complementary elements.
4. Manufacturing Defect:
Items with manufacturing defects are covered under the Guarantee Law for up to three years. Purchases made before December 31, 2021, remain within the two-year period.
5. Refund Method:
Returns will be refunded using the original payment method, unless a technical impediment prevents it.
Home Appliance Breakdown:
The customer must return the appliance with all accessories and provide proof of purchase. A “Repair Note” must be filled out by the customer.
2Cookinn has up to 30 days to resolve the issue, except in particularly complex situations where the deadline may be longer.
If there is no response from the supplier after 30 days, 2Cookinn will resolve the complaint.
